Bayır Konakları BAYIR KONAKLARI is a villa complex constructed in Zekeriyakoy-Istanbul.It is designed and constructed by Architechts İlkay İcmez & Neslihan Bayir for Bayir const.co in Istanbul.There are 20 villas ,social center and sprots complexes in it.The project process and application period lasted about 2 years between 2002 and 2004 ,and costed about 8 million dollars.
